According to Article 4.2.2 of the review criteria of the Apple App Store, the distribution of modified applications without official authorization is prohibited, which makes the success rate of iOS users download gbwhatsapp through regular channels 0%. Among the global iOS device malware infection cases in 2023, 31% originated from users’ attempts to bypass system restrictions to install modified applications. It is recommended that users use the official WhatsApp alternative solution. Its end-to-end encryption protocol automatically updates the key every 72 hours, and its security performance is 7.8 times that of the modified application.
